وزير الصحة:
– بعد الاطلاع على أحكام القانون رقم 28 لسنة 1996 في شأن تنظيم مهنة الصيدلة وتداول الأدوية والمادة رقم 13 من القانون المذكور.
– وعلى القرار الوزاري رقم 238 لسنة 1992 في شأن تحديد أسعار الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية في دولة الكويت.
– وعلى القرار الوزاري رقم 232 لسنة 2015 بشأن دراسة وتثبيت سعر صرف العملات الأجنبية مقابل سعر صرف الدينار الكويتي.
– وعلى القرار الوزاري رقم 16 لسنة 2021 بشأن اعتماد آلية تسعير الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية.
– وعلى القرار الوزاري رقم 58 لسنة 2023 بشأن تحديد هامش الربح المسموح به في ثمن الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية والمكملات الغذائية المتداولة في دولة الكويت بنسبة 40% من تكاليف استيرادها.
– وعلى القرار الوزاري رقم 74 لسنة 2023 بشأن تحديد أسعار الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية والقرارات المكملة والمعدلة له.
– وعلى القرار الإداري رقم 8367 لسنة 2022 بشأن تثبيت سعر صرف العملات الأجنبية مقابل سعر صرف الدينار الكويتي.
– وعلى كتاب السيد/وكيل الوزارة المساعد لشئون الرقابة الدوائية الغذائية المتضمن مشروع قرار وزاري بشأن لائحة أسعار الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية بناءً على توصية لجنة تسعير الأدوية المشكلة بالقرار الوزاري رقم 117 لسنة 2018 المنعقدة في 6 فبراير 2024.
– وبناءً على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة، وما عرضه علينا السيد وكيل الوزارة.
– قرر –
مادة أولى
تُعتمد أسعار الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية في قائمة الأسعار المرفقة والمجمل عددها 228 والتي تبدأ بالدواء .2% Ciprofloxacin in 0.9%w/v Sodium Chloride IV Injection USP (100ml bag) (2mg/ml) وتنتهي بالدواء Zynovate 0.1%w/w Cream وتضاف إلى القرار الوزاري رقم 74 لسنة 2023.
مادة ثانية
تعتمد التعديلات على الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية في قائمة الأدوية المرفقة والمجمل عددها 10 والتي تبدأ بالدواء Nadoxin Cream (10 gm) وتنتهي بالدواء Zynovate 0.1%w/w Cream وتضاف إلى القرار الوزاري رقم 74 لسنة 2023.
مادة ثالثة
يُبلغ هذا القرار من يلزم لتنفيذه، ويعمل به اعتباراً من تاريخه، ويلغى كل قرار أو نص يتعارض مع أحكامه، وينشر بالجريدة الرسمية.
