– بعد الاطلاع على أحكام المرسومين بقانون ونظام الخدمة المدنية وتعديلاتهما،
– وعلى أحكام القانون رقم 28 لسنة 1996 في شأن تنظيم مهنة الصيدلة وتداول الأدوية والمادة رقم 13 من القانون المذكور،
– وعلى القرار الوزاري رقم 238 لسنة 1992 في شأن تحديد أسعار الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية في دولة الكويت،
– وعلى القرار الوزاري رقم 232 لسنة 2015 بشأن دراسة وتثبيت سعر صرف العملات الأجنبية مقابل سعر صرف الدينار الكويتي،
– وعلى القرار الوزاري رقم 62 لسنة 2026 بشأن تنظيم آلية تسعير الأدوية البشرية في القطاع الأهلي،
– وعلى القرار الوزاري رقم 58 لسنة 2023 بشأن تسعير الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية والمكملات الغذائية في القطاع الخاص،
– وعلى القرار الوزاري رقم 74 لسنة 2023 بشأن تحديد أسعار الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية،
– وعلى القرار الإداري رقم 8367 لسنة 2022 بشأن تثبيت سعر صرف العملات الأجنبية مقابل سعر صرف الدينار الكويتي،
– وعلى توصية لجنة تسعير الأدوية المشكلة بالقرار الوزاري رقم 117 لسنة 2018 المنعقدة بتاريخ 12 مايو 2026،
– وبناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة، وما عرضه علينا السيد وكيل الوزارة.

مادة أولى
تعتمد أسعار الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية في قائمة الأسعار المرفقة والمجمل عددها (226)، والتي تبدأ بالدواء
0.5%w/v Metronidazole Injection USP (100ml Bag) ، وتنتهي ب Zolmemin 5mg/Pump Actuation Oral Solution (50ml Glass Vial)، وتضاف إلى القرار الوزاري رقم 74 لسنة 2023.
مادة ثانية
تعتمد التعديلات على الأدوية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية في قائمة الأدوية المرفقة والمجمل عددها ( 14) والتي تبدأ بالدواء
Exblifep 2gm/0.5gm Powder for Concentrate for Solution for Infusion (Glass Vial) وتنتهي ب
Tavanic 500mg/100ml Solution for IV Infusion، وتضاف إلى القرار الوزاري رقم 74 لسنة 2023.
مادة ثالثة
يبلغ هذا القرار من يلزم لتنفيذه، ويلغى كل قرار أو نص يتعارض معه، ويعمل به من تاريخه وينشر بالجريدة الرسمية.
